Simon Kenny trading as Beyond Human

Unit 12, Sheffield Street
Piccadilly
Manchester
M1 2ND
United Kingdom
Visits and collections are by prior arrangement only. Beyond Human is a separate sole-trader business; SBG Manchester Ltd is not the seller under these terms.
These terms apply to purchases made directly through our website. They do not replace your statutory consumer rights.
2. Our Products and Services
We offer clothing, training equipment, digital publications, online learning and coaching. Each product page explains what is included, how it is supplied and any relevant requirements.
Check whether you are buying a physical item, digital download, online course or coaching service before ordering. Digital products do not include a printed copy unless expressly stated.
3. Orders and Payment
Prices and applicable delivery charges are shown before you complete your purchase. Applicable taxes are included or identified at checkout.
You must provide accurate contact, billing and delivery details. Please contact us promptly if you notice an error.
An automated order acknowledgement confirms that we have received your order. We accept your order when we confirm dispatch, provide digital access or confirm your coaching booking, as applicable.
If an item is unavailable or we identify a pricing error before accepting your order, we will contact you. We will not charge a higher price without your agreement. If we cannot fulfil your order, we will refund any payment for the affected item.
4. Clothing, Equipment and Product Images
Please consult the product description and size guide before choosing your size.
Some photographs use digitally generated models or mockups. Where identified, these illustrate the product. Garment photographs and written specifications provide further detail about the item supplied. Screen settings and lighting can affect colour appearance, but products must still match their description.
Follow the care instructions supplied with your product.
5. Delivery
Available destinations, delivery charges and estimated delivery times are provided before purchase. Unless another delivery period is agreed, physical goods will be delivered within 30 days of the contract being made.
If delivery is delayed, please contact us. Your legal rights relating to late or missing deliveries remain unaffected.
Goods remain our responsibility until they are received by you or someone you nominate, unless you independently appoint a carrier we did not offer.
6. Cancelling Physical Goods Orders
For most physical goods bought online, you may cancel without giving a reason until 14 days after the day you receive them.
Tell us clearly by email or post that you wish to cancel, including your name and order details. You must then return the goods within 14 days of notifying us.
You may inspect goods as you would in a shop. We may reduce a refund to reflect loss of value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
You pay the direct return postage for a change-of-mind return. We cover reasonable return costs where goods are faulty, incorrect or not as described.
For cancellation of a whole order, we refund the standard outbound delivery charge. Additional costs for an upgraded delivery service are not refundable.
Refunds are made to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence that you sent them back, whichever is earlier.
7. Faulty or Incorrect Products
If an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, contact us with your order details and a description of the problem. Photographs may help us resolve it, but do not replace your legal rights.
We will provide the repair, replacement, price reduction or refund required by applicable consumer law. Change-of-mind time limits do not restrict your rights concerning faulty goods.
8. Digital Downloads and Online Learning
Digital content is supplied using the delivery method stated on its product page. Any required software, file format and access period will be identified before purchase.
You normally have 14 days after entering the contract to cancel digital content supplied without a physical medium.
If you expressly consent to supply starting during that period and acknowledge that you will lose your cancellation right once supply begins, that right ends when supply starts. We will confirm that agreement in a form you can retain.
These terms alone do not constitute that express consent and acknowledgement. If the necessary agreement has not been obtained, your applicable cancellation rights remain.
If you cannot access your purchase, or the content is faulty or not as described, contact us. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
9. Coaching and Bookings
The service description states the session length, format, location and number of participants. Appointments are subject to availability and confirmation. Buying a session does not reserve a particular time unless that time is expressly confirmed.
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice when requesting a cancellation or change. Any cancellation charge must be disclosed before booking and reflect our reasonable net loss, taking account of costs saved and whether the appointment is filled. It will not exceed the booking price.
Where a statutory cancellation right applies to a service booked online, you may cancel within 14 days of entering the contract. If you expressly request an early start, any lawful charge on cancellation will be proportionate to the service supplied. The right is lost after full performance only where the required consent and acknowledgement have been obtained.
If we cancel, you may choose an alternative appointment or a refund for the service we cannot provide.
10. Training and Educational Information
Our books, programmes and coaching provide training and educational information. They are not a medical diagnosis or a substitute for individual advice from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.
Tell your coach about relevant injuries, health conditions and limitations before participating. Stop an activity if you experience pain or feel unwell. Progress and results vary between individuals.
11. Books Purchased Through Amazon
Some book listings link to Amazon instead of offering a Shopify purchase. The Amazon listing identifies the seller and applicable purchase terms.
Payment, delivery, returns and order support for those purchases are handled through Amazon and the seller shown there. Prices and availability may differ from those displayed on our website.
12. Intellectual Property
Our original publications, course materials, branding and website content are protected by intellectual property rights.
Unless a product states otherwise, digital purchases are licensed for your personal use. You may not resell, publicly distribute or share purchased files or account access without permission, except where permitted by law.
13. Privacy and Communications
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. Order and service communications are separate from newsletter subscriptions. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link provided in them.
14. Our Responsibility
We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of contract or failure to use reasonable care and skill.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
15. Complaints and Disputes
Please send complaints to info@livebeyondhuman.com with your order details so we can investigate. You may also write to our correspondence address above.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Consumers retain any mandatory protections and rights to bring proceedings in their home courts that apply to them.
16. Changes to These Terms
Updates apply to future purchases. The terms in force when your contract was made apply to that purchase, unless a change is required by law or agreed with you.
17. Cancellation Form
You may use the following form to cancel where a cancellation right applies, but you do not have to use it. You may also cancel by sending us another clear statement by email or post.
