Standard Shipping

All UK orders are shipped with DPD, UPS, or Royal Mail. International orders are shipped via FedEx or UPS. Every order includes a tracking number emailed to you once collected by our courier.

Orders placed before 3pm (GMT) are shipped the same day.

International Orders

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes upon delivery. Shipping fees displayed at checkout do not include these charges.

For customers based in the EU, we recommend ordering through our EU store to avoid unexpected import costs.

Undelivered Packages

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, our couriers will leave a card or email details on how to rearrange delivery or collect from your local depot.
